Abstrak
N2O merupakan salah satu gas rumah kaca (GRK) penyebab terjadinya pemanasan global. Meskipun kontribusinya terkecil dari kedua GRK lainnya (CO2 dan CH4) namun keberadaan gas N2O di atmosfer bumi patut diperhitungkan, karena gas tersebut mempunyai life time  yang lebih lama di atmosfer. Besarnya emisi N2O dari sistem pengelolaan yang diterapkan sampai saat ini belum banyak diketahui, termasuk dari penerapan Pengelolaan Tanaman Terpadu (PTT) dan SRI (System of Rice Intensification). Oleh karena itu inventarisasi besarnya emisi N2O yang dikeluarkan dari berbagai sistem pengelolaan tanaman tersebut perlu dilakukan sebagai langkah untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan data emisi N2O. Penelitian mengenai besarnya emisi N2O dari berbagai sistem pengelolaan tanaman dilaksanakan di KP Balingtan pada tahun 2007 dengan menerapkan lima (5) perlakuan, yaitu 1). Non PTT: pupuk anorganik 120 kg/ha N, 90 kg/ha P dan 60 kg/ha K; tanpa bahan organik; irigasi terus-menerus (continously flooded), bibit umur 25 hss., (2) sama dengan no.(1) tetapi pengairan secara berselang (intermittent)., (3) PTT: bibit muda (15 hss) satu rumpun per lubang, pemupukan berdasarkan BWD, bahan organik setara 2 ton/ha, irigasi berselang (intermittent) dan cara tanam sistem legowo 2:1., (4) seperti no. (3) tetapi pengairan terus-menerus (continously flooded)., (5) SRI: pupuk organik 15 ton/ha, bibit 15 hss, tanpa pemupukan anorganik dan jarak tanam 30 x 30 cm. Rancangan percobaan acak kelompok dengan 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emisi N2O tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan PTT intermittent (879.320 g/ha/musim) diikuti oleh perlakuan Non PTT tergenang (867.810 g/ha/musim), PTT tergenang (655.195 g/ha/musim), Non PTT intermittent (597.474 g/ha/musim) dan SRI (523.646  g/ha/musim). Adapun hasil panen pada masing-masing perlakuan adalah 6.8; 6.7; 7.1; 6.5 dan 2.4 t/ha.

Abstract

N2O represent one of glasshouse gas that cause the happening of global warming. Though its contribution is smallest from two of other GRK ( CO2 And CH4) but existence of N2O in atmosphere of proper earth reckoned, because the gas have longer life time in atmosphere. Level of emission of N2O from system of management applied to date not yet a lot of known, inclusive of from applying Management of Inwrought Crop ( PTT) and SRI ( System Of Rice Intensification). Therefore stocktaking of N2O emission released from various system management of the crop require to be conducted as step to collect information and data of N2O emission. Research hit the level of N2O emission from various crop management system executed in KP Balingtan in the year 2007 by applying five ( 5) treatment, that is 1). Non PTT: inorganic manure 120 kg/ha N, 90 kg/ha P and 60 kg/ha K; without organic substance; continuous irrigation ( continously flooded), seed old age 25 hss., ( 2) is equal to no.(1) but irrigating interval ( intermittent)., ( 3) PTT: young seed ( 15 hss) one clump [of] per hole, fertilization [of] pursuant to BWD, equivalent organic substance 2 ton/ha, irrigation certain period ( intermittent) and way of planting system legowo 2:1., ( 4) like no. ( 3) but continuous irrigating ( continously flooded)., ( 5) SRI: organic manure 15 ton/ha, seed 15 hss, without inorganic fertilization and apart to plant 30 x 30 cm. Random attempt device of group by 3 [is] restating. Result of research indicate that highest emission of N2O obtained at treatment of PTT intermittent ( 879.320 g/ha/season) followed by treatment of is Non PTT suffused ( 867.810 g/ha/season), PTT suffused ( 655.195 g/ha/season), Non PTT intermittent ( 597.474 g/ha/season) and SRI ( 523.646 g/ha/season). As for result harvest [at] each treatment [is] 6.8; 6.7; 7.1; 6.5 and 2.4 t/ha.
